MetaTrakker™ is a service that allows you to track Multi
Function Printer activity on your network. You can track usage by user ID’s, account ID’s,
User Login’s, and more.
MetaTrakker™ can discover any number of MFP devices on your network and
track the activities of each device by user, paper size, color, or function. It can then
assign a cost to each and return a report which you can use for billing back to the users,
tracking, or general information.
Reports
MetaTrakker™ has a variety of reports for your needs, track Users, Accounts,
Departments, and others. The reports can be extracted in the format that is best suited
to you (online reports, excel spreadsheets, xml, etc.) and requires no special hardware
or software changes to your MFP machines. Reports can come in a variety of ways.
Device Status reports:
Track multiple device statuses showing information like "Ready", "Toner low" or
"Network Error" from one single location.
User Usage reports:
Track user usage on one MFP or a full group of MFP’s. Track usage for billing back to
the users, or to see if abuse is occurring on your system.
Account Usage Reports:
Track all printing, faxing, & scanning usage per account.
Department Usage Reports:
Track all printing, faxing, & scanning usage per department.
Trend Analysis Reports:
Look at your MFP usage in a graphical report that will show you when your company is
utilizing your equipment. These reports allow you to predict future usage and get a
hold on your MFP costs.
